PETITIONER'S OBJECTION TO RELEASED RESPONDENT’S CERTIFIED
ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD
_________________________________________________________________________________

Petitioner, Ofume family above mentioned respectfully file
this Objection
for the followiing reason:

1. That on August 19, 2009 during the eviction, the family was
prevented by Lynn
Police from taking any part of its properties including copies of the
“RESPONDENT’S
CERTIFIED ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD”and this important documents were
removed to known destination.

2. Based on this police action, Petitioner requested, Respondent to
send further CERTIFIED ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD but upon receipt
Petitioner perused some pages and thereafter Petitioner found further
falsification thus Page 602 paragraph 1 line 2 was changed as to day/
date earlier petitioned from June 4, 2007 to June 5, 2007 to
exonerate Judge Matthew D'Angelo and the Immigration Court, Boston, MA
from the action of altering or adding date of hearing of June 4,
2007.

3. Page 602 paragraph 1 line 2 is altered in the manner following:

"Today is June 5, 2007..." altered from the original copy which was
sent to the Petitioner same
which stated "Today is June 4, 2007..." What Judge Matthew D'Angelo
and the Immigration Court,
Boston, MA were not able to alter was title or cover page which is
page 601 and all other pages
after page 602 which may be over fifty (50) pages which showed June 4,
2007 from page to page
to the end of the claimed hearing date (June 4, 2007).

4. In pleading path to get justice in this case, Petitioner
request this Honourable Court
to request Respondent to return Page 602 paragraph 1 line 2 which
stated "Today is June 4, 2007..."
because per the Complaint before the FBI the present and past actions
of the Respondent would
amount to obstruction of justice.

Respectfully Objected,
