AMERICA [MA]: DTA, DHCD, ETC.

September 28, 2009

In Massachusetts more and more people are rendered homeless because of
the corruption and lack of leadership at the DTA.

Now another agency, Dept. Of Housing and Community Development ( DHCD)
has been placed as another underdog to take part of the services of
the DTA.

Under this transfer of duties, some politician or stakeholders have
resisted the plan to give up several housing services to DHCD.

Publishers interviewed DTA and DHCD several times and thereafter
uncovered that as the government lay claim that DHCD is in charge, DTA
is in control of several housing projects and continued to seat in
under business as usual.

For example, DTA claimed that it has stopped paying for the Ofume's
apartment ( 33 Arlington St. #1 Lynn, MA 01902 ) on December 31, 2008
and requested the Ofume to be answerable to the DHCD, the DTA
continued to issue large checks into its pocket and continued to
render the Ofumes homeless.

Several homeless people's shelters are secretly controlled by the DTA
and acceptance or location to the shelter requires reference of the
DTA. Ofumes have approached DTA several times (08/19/09-present) to
request for reference, each time, DTA claim it is not in charge and
that DHCD is in charge.
