On the physical and psychological persecution/tortures directed
against the Ofumes, the problem in the United States is huge and made
impassable because several agents of the government and political
opponents trail the family place to place to disrupt the family's
applications and other day to day activities. They create fear and
lies on people, agencies and organizations.

We are requesting for emergency evacuation to save the live of this
family. The family tried to accelerate the case in court by two
interlocutory motions (Biometric Test and Motion for enlistment) which
would have terminated the immigration case. The posting below is the
block made to further disrupt the immigration case.
The meeting between the Ofume family and the Government of the Russian
Federation was heard on September 2, 2009. Thereafter the government
of Russian Federation promised to mediate this conflict which has
lasted for over ten(10) years in Canada and United States. Aslo on
September 2, 2009 the Russian Federation referred the family to Red
Cross. Upon meeting with the Red Cross on phone and in person, the red
cross denied all assistance including minimum Humanitarian Assistance.
In Washington DC without reviewing the family's immigration paper, the
housing department denied the family's application.

After leaving the Embassy of the Russian Federation and under
homelessness with family of eight (8) people (6 children and two
parents) the family encountered several ordeals in Washington DC
including steeping outside family's church (CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF
LATTER-SAINT) premises and called Bishop Nelson several times day/
night without responding and on the following day as Ofume called taxi
to move the family to the Embassy of Venezuela at 12.00 noon, we
suspect that covert operatives alerted Bishop Nelson, suddenly two
missionaries showed up and thereafter more and more members came
without Bishop Nelson.

Later in the evening Bishop Nelson came and after brief meeting with
the family, he allowed them to sleep within the church premises to the
following day. On the followed day, Bishop Nelson deceived the family
claiming that he has made arrangement with the LDS church in
Massachusetts and that the family should go back to Massachusetts and
upon reaching Massachusetts Bishop Michael J. Kruckenberg was taken
by surprise when the family delivered the message of Bishop Nelson.

The meaning of the foreging is that between Sept. 2, 2009 - present,
there is escalation of the longstanding persecution and the only
alternative now is EMERGENCY EVACUATION.

AMERICA: MEDICAL TREATMENT/PROCEDURE AND POLITICS - RECENT CASE OF
THE OFUME FAMILY

The article posted below is horrible and professionally disgusting.
Further information per research/investigation through US Federal
Immigration Record shows that LYNN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER has also
been appointed by the US government to do the same immigration medical
procedure whichALEXEYENKO MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, PC is doing but Lynn
Community Health Center will start in October 2009.
Lynn Community Health Center has mess up this chance because dirty
business which Dr. Daniel Gross has done may lead to nomination of
several clinic/hospital that maybe fighting to get this beautiful
federal skill job.

Dr. Gross and Lynn Community Health Center have no rights to alter the
procedural plan issued by an approved Federal Surgeon. Worst is the
secrecy and failure by Dr. Gross to inform the Ofumes the type of
additional non-immigration procedure he intend to conduct on them and
allow the Ofumes to know the types and for what purpose. When the
Ofumes requested for the release of the result of the test which were
done on Sept 11, 2009, the lab nurses told them that they have no
rights to get their records. Dr. & Mrs. Ofume advised them that they
have right to the records and thereafter the family patiently filled
another release forms.

When the family decided to see the Directors of the Health center,
they were forced to release the results of the tests but failed to
show the secret and unrelated tests which Dr. Gross added. On
September 15, 2009 ALEXEYENKO MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, PC issued the
remaining and final procedures following:

Upon receipt of 5, 6, & 7 above, the Ofumes rushed to the LYNN
COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER to do the remaining procedures. When they
arrived, Dr. Gross's secret treatment strategy was exposed as tactic
to block 5, 6, & 7 above and the health center spoke person (non-
white) mentioned below told the Ofumes to wait in the general patients
waiting room and the large waiting room was filled with waiting
patients.

Few minutes later, the said spokeperson came with papers and files;
disrespectfully and unprofessionally she raised her voice loud to
catchup the attention of the waiting patients and disclosed the major
part of the family's CONFIDENTIAL/SECRET MEDICAL INFORMATION. At this
point, Dr. Ofume questioned her in line the ethics of her profession
and she showed no remorse.

What Dr. Gross has done is similar to what several non-whites are
subjected to, to block their immigration proceedings or case. The
people of Nigeria particularly, the non-moderate citizens of the NIGER
DELTA REGION of Nigeria suffer the worst ordeal. In 200/2006 academic
year, the contact between one Edo citizen and healthcare instructor
save her life because under a procedure she was subjected to under TB
treatment which US has not. She was dying when she exposed the
treatment in the healthcare classroom and the instructor advised her
that US has no cure for TB and that the drugs she was taken were
dangerous and would endanger her life.

LYNN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER: PAID DANGEROUS AND POLITICIZED MEDICAL
PROCEDURE TO DESTROY POLITICAL RIVAL

BIOMETRIC TEST and Complaint filed with the FBI on the forgery of
June
4, 2007 as date of hearing in the US Immigration Court, Boston, MA
whereas hearing was heard on June 5, 2007 are the two arguments
remaining in the Ofumes' Immigration Case (Asylum). The candidacy of
Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume has moved several rivals to the United
States and with millions of dollars to make sure that Dr. Ofume's
candicacy which is the major change force in Nigeria, 1914 - present
is disrupted.

ALEXEYENKO MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, PC,of 24 State Street Lynn, MA 01901,
Approved Federal Surgeon recommended to perform Immigration Medical
Procedures such as BIOMETRIC TEST and others.

On Septemner 10, 2009 at 3.00 pm ALEXEYENKO MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, PC
started the process of the BIOMETRIC TEST on the adult members of the
Ofume family. To complete the procedure, the Physicians/Surgeons
recommended the following tests:

1. MUMPS IGG Abs }
}
2. RUBELLA SCREEN }
}
3. RUBEOLA SCREEN }

4. VARICELLA SCREEN }

After checking the ages of the members of the Ofume family, the
above
were recommended for the 40 - 58 years adults.

Dangerous medical practice crisis and fraud at LYNN COMMUNITY HEALTH
CENTER: On September 11, 2009 a man that the staff at LYNN COMMUNITY
HEALTH CENTER called Dr. Daniel Gross (White) and designated with the
rank/title of NP, CNS was assigned to see the Ofume family.

On September 11, 2009 the Ofumes met Dr. Gross at the LYNN COMMUNITY
HEALTH CENTER and gave the recommendations listed above to Dr. Gross.
The recommendations were listed per person and there is no confussion
because the federal surgeons issued typewritten list per person.

Upon receipt of the recommendation, Dr. Gross took permission and
left
the Ofumes in patient room and after sometimes Dr. Gross emerged and
told the Ofumes (parents) that they will be going to do some tests in
the laboratory and Dr. Ofume asked Dr. Gross to explain type of
tests, Dr. Gross told the Ofumes that the tests were recommended by
ALEXEYENKO MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, PC and the Ofumes believed what Dr.
Gross said and they went to the laboratory to do the tests and non-
white nurse was assigned to conduct the tests.

On September 14, 2009 Dr. Ofume went to LYNN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER
and as whites that are majority nurses and doctors stayed under the
rug, another non-white nurse was assigned to see the Ofumes. During
the briefing in part she acted professionally and during her address
maybe unknowingly she disclosed what the Ofumes found to be helpful
and useful information.

This information revealed that Dr. Gross secretly told the laboratory
to give some members of the Ofumes a dangerous medicated injections
and tests (reserved) that were not recommended by the Federal
Surgeon.
The dangerous medicated injections and tests (reserved) are suspected
to have been planned and paid by Dr. Ofume's political opponents to
disrupt or delay the family immigration case and Dr. Ofume's election
campaign 2011. Dr. Gross did not inform the Ofumes that he was going
to create another immigration medical procedure contrary to what the
ALEXEYENKO MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, PC.has recommended.

After collecting this important information, the Ofumes started going
from ward to ward in search of Dr. Gross and the nurse who conducted
the lab test. The staff at LYNN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER told the
Ofumes that Dr. Gross has proceeded for leave and the nurse is
nowhere
to be found and the process to get the family's BIOMETRIC TEST is
again stocked and in disarray because Dr. Gross has created strange
and unrecommended medical process which were falsified to generate
lengthy medical procedure/process.
