Dear bro. Editor of the The soc.org.freemasonry Webpage,
Your Brothers of the Lodge Phoenix #59 AF & AM at the Orient of =
Thessaloniki - Greece (under the auspices of the GL of Greece) have a =
dream; to bring together and to establish fraternal contacts among all =
lodges around the world that have the Historic & Symbolic name PHOENIX.=20
We hope that in the near future we shall form an international forum =
that is going (through our GL s) to upgrade the relationship among bro. =
around the world and to prove the international character of Freemasons. =
As first step it is proposed to establish an e-mail contact & a mail =
list among us. A second step might be an International Phoenix Lodges =
Forum, a Global Phoenix Lodges Assembly etc.=20
The M.W. Grand Master of GL of Greece has already approved our proposal, =
efforts and aims. He also declared in his message "Freemasonry at the =
dawn of the 21st century" that " through the initiation ceremony we =
succeeded in the unification of all Freemasons of the word past, present =
and future, over and above race, language, religion and political and =
social beliefs. Common denominator to all above is our firm faith to God =
under the unspecified name of GAOTU and our devotion to honesty, freedom =
of thought and morality".
Let us keep vivid the brotherhood links among Phoenix Lodges around the =
word and let us work for the global unification of the brethren as all =
Masonry Constitutions demand.
Please give us the opportunity to fulfil this dream. Your kind help will =
