"Ghost Hunters" meets "Godwin's Law" as the
latest televised monstrosity, "Ghost Hunters
International," embarks on a search for Hitler's
ghost.
You can't make this stuff up...

I've mentioned Cal often enough, but I'm not sure if I
ever brought up the fact that it has often been said
of him that he will eat anything, so long as it's chicken.
Now to connect this nugget of information to a recent
thread:
I took Cal to that "Raising Cane's" the other day, and
he was less than impressed. He noted that he could
get "Better" from Chic-Fil-A, the lunatic Christian owned
& operated fast food chain which fries everything in
peanut oil.
He also likes Chic-Fil-A's waffle fries better than Raising
Cane's crinkle-cuts.
Admittedly Raising Cane's fries are a lot closer to
shorstrings than the traditional crinkle cut in size,
but I still have a soft spot for crinkle-cuts.
They remind me of the fries Friendly's used to serve about
18 owners ago, back before they tried to become a real
restaurant and started to suck.
Hello monkey.

I was told that Comcast has yet to deliver converter boxes to the
Parliament Resort, so guests can only watch the 10 or so channels on
Augusta cable that don't require a digital converter -- SyFy not being
one of them. Instead of being able to watch the "Ghost Hunters"
marathon on Wednesday night, my only options were holiday cr*p like
Faith Hill's "Home for the Holidays" on CBS or "How the Grinch Stole
Christmas" on ABC ... or watching porn on the *enormous* HD screen
that's been installed in the [cough] "common area."
