List of academic library emails

Could anyone provide me with a website which lists academic library email
addresses (general or specifically for librarians in charge of stock
selection)?

I know someone who wishes to publicise her book to academic library
collection departments (worldwide) and wants a list of email addresses.

I have found plenty of sites which give me links to lots of different
academic libraries, but I can't find a list of simply names and email
addresses. Can anyone help?
