Still looking for any information on a William Lancelot Andrews Born
West Indies (1858 to 1865) who's father was John Tait Andrews. On
English Census material it says born West Indies. Lived in Liverpool
when married in 1889.
Was a mariner.
Many discrepancies in his date of birth.
Said he was 62 when he died in 1927 though

I am positive we are related the John Taitt Andrews who married Lucille
Estelle Bascom.
In 1947 A sallow skinned lady arrived in Liverpool and was said to be
Estelle or Lucille. We also have postcards form an Alice Graeme Andrews
who sent it to 'Uncle Willie Andrews' describing herself. She was in New
York by then. I know this family in West Indies who emigrated to USA was
Florence Estelle Andrews nee Bascom, widow of John Richard J Taitt
Andrews. Children were: Mary Elsie Beryl b;1878 Richard Aubrey Bascom
b;1879 Alice Graeme went to USA b;1880 Stella Celeste 1882 Lucille
Estelle married Percy Boyce and went to USA b:1883 Any help greatly
appreciated Many thanks
