Hi everyone
My 2x great grandfather Mortimer Deville Farrier was an Alderman on the
Parochial Board of St Andrew and later on the Corporation of Kingston and
St. Andrew. I've found photos of him in the newspaper archives, however
these photographs are of a poor quality.
I don't suppose anyone would have any photos of the council members which
would include Alderman Farrier?
