Would anyone have an idea as to the location of "Iron River" in Jamaica?
likely locations are Portland, St. George, or St. Thomas in the East.

You could get this information by contacting the Ground Water Research and
Survey Department in Kingston. There job is to map all the rivers in Jamaica
and to determine the volume of water each produces.
