Hi Ana,
not sure where you are located but if you have a look through the shipping out of Australia for when you think they left Oz you may be lucky. post 1901 try the National Archive of Australia, pre try the Archives for the state they left from ie PROV.gov.au (Public Records Office of Victoria), NSW , SA, Queensland WA, Tas. another thing that can cause headaches is when your people left - The earlist records started with Hobart (Tasmania) and Sydney (NSW) as settlement expanded administration centres changed with Moreton Bay (Brisbane Qld) c1853, Victoria with Port Phillip/Melbourne and Portland with the unofficial arrival of whalers at Portland before approval had been granted for settlement.
So if you are unable to find you people in reords from where you believe there should be some make enquiries re the commencement of records for that area and where were they kept prior to then. I assume you have a birthplace for Teresa Thomas? good place to start. Try the BMD records online for the state she was born in.
hope this helps, Ruth

Subject: [Carib] Kingston and Thomas families

Hí:

Happy New Year to all.

I'm searching about the Thomas  and Kingston families in Antigua. My
grandmother Teresa Thomas came to Puerto Rico when she was a little girl.
Also my greatgrand parents Charles Thomas and Sarah Thomas or Sarah
Kingston came form Antigua to Puerto Rico.

Another question is if anybody knows about the migration of families from
Australia to Antigua.

Thanks in advance,

Ana R. Cordero Agosto

Hi Ruth:

Thanks for your answer. I'm from Puerto Rico. Teresa's Thomas birthplace is
Antigua. I wrote to Mrs. Blair, the director of Antigua's Archive, but have
no answer. No one has her e-mail?, so I can communicate with her. By
regular mail, takes to much time.

Thanks,
Ana Rosa
