HAT-History of Australian Theatre, Update, July 10th 2004.

HAT contains articles on Australian Theatre History and a 4000 entry
database of people associated with it. The database is not restricted
to Australians, and includes many people from the UK who toured
Australia.

Anyway, to this months update, I have added two new articles and
almost reached the 5000 mark on the database. In addition, I have
changed the colours of the site.

New Articles

* Melba in Sydney, 1902.- I've been reading a biography of this
amazing lady so decided to write on her Sydney tour of 1902

* Goody Two Shoes, Pantomime, Sydney 1919- a discussion of the effect
of the influenza epidemic on theatre production with a brief
discussion of pantomime.

Database ;The database now stands at 4960.

I hope that visitors will find this information useful, and good luck
in your research?
