His parents may have been Rev John Lees and Mary Isabel Cameron.
Any information about this family would be greatly appreciated.

From some notes I made from the "Strathspey Herald and Grantown Advertiser"
issue dated 28 Aug 1913:
"p2c6-[Executry info/notice]- late Sir William Cameron Lees... son Arthur
Stanley Lees... grandson Charles Cameron Taylor... niece Mamie Raynsford
Hannay"
This looks suspiciously like a son or brother so may be worth cross-checking.
If James, William or John were Church of Scotland, there should be more
information in "Fasti Ecclesiae Scotticanae", the Who's Who for the Church
of Scotland which lists all ministers since the Reformation.
If he was Free Church of Scotland, then you need to look in "Annals of the
Free Church". I would be surprised if the Mormons do not have copies of
these amongst their holdings of books as they give a good amount of dates
etc. for the ministers' families.
As the name was mentioned in the Strathspey Herald, there may be a local
connection (I'm sure I've seen the name somewhere else in the area), so
it may be worthwhile checking the IGI for Morayshire and Invernessshire
for the family. Another book which may be worth checking is "Who Was Who"
(deceased Who's Who entries).
If James and William were related, you can also write to the Scottish
Record Office for copies of any wills they may have left, which may name
more relatives.
