BOWDENs in Devon, ENG 1585-1630

I am researching the relatives of Ambrose Boaden that came to the
US in the 1630's and 40's. He was from Helbeton (Helberton,Holberton??)
Parish and was a captain with Trelawny's fishing fleet. His wife was
Marie Letherbridge. They had several children that were born and brought
up in ENG until they moved to Scarborough, ME when he retired from
fishing around 1646. He had sisters Jane and Joanne. I would like info on
other relatives.
Also, where might I find copies of the Helbeton Parish records. I
live in the Boston region.

I assume you mean Holbeton. There is not (yet) any information specific to
this particular parish in the GENUKI Devon pages, but you'll find lots of
general information, including of the Devon Record Offices - which is
where the Holbeton parish registers most likely are now to be found. These
