I am at the point in my production of my family tree where I would
like to share it with the family.
Using my program it prints out in single pages which have to be
matched up and then taped together. The tree measures about 12'
long so this is not an acceptable option for me.
Would anyone know of a place that I could get this printed, for a
reasonable price?

These folks particularly specialize in charts created by Reunion for
Macintosh, but their web page indicates they handle other sources
(including from Windows) as well. They've gotten excellent reviews
from those who've suggested them in the ReunionTalk forums.

There are a number of family tree printing services. However, you
need to put a $$ range on "reasonable".
Some places to look:
http://www.ancestryprinting.com/

Considering that big charts are typically printed on a wide
carriage, roll-fed industrial plotter, the material cost (good paper
+ ink (think ink-jet printer) is substantial - and they have to pay
for the plotter (easily $5000+ new). The better plotters can print
good quality photos on the chart.
I know about the costs because a friend had one of the big HP
plotters in his office. When he needed a big plot to test it, I ran
the 1200 person tree of my wife's gg-grandfather. The plot was 2
feet wide and about 20 feet long.
If you ned to print many charts, do some Ebay searching. You may
find one of the Epson ink-jet plotter/printers that can handle paper
17 inches by 20 feet or so.

Google "genealogy chart printing" and you will get 23.300 pages and

What vendor you choose may depend on what program you use, how you
have to submit your data, whether in a GEDCOM file or in the
program's native format, whether you can email your data or have to
mail a CD etc.

If you live near a LDS Family History Center, you could take in a
gedcom file. They could convert it to Personal Ancestral File and
print out a cascading chart for you. If you would like to e mail me
direct and let me know what area you live in I could help you find
a center. Also do you have a genalogical Society in your area?
They may have another program on their computer that would print out
the gedcom for you. Depending on how far back you are. The cost is
usually .15 per page printed. Kay kbh...@yahoo.com

Do you want dates printed with your tree ?
What program is it ?
Can it create a pdf document of the tree you/they want ?
Some relatives like the full data/dates/photos/stories printed out
to read and other relatives seem to like just the names and dates to
frame on the wall. So it is good to ask them before you show up at
their door or mail it to them. One of my relatives had no dvd, so I
had to snail mail them the whole shebang printed out. (^:

Once you've made all the decisions suggested, you're back to needing
advice on WHERE. (g)
Kinko's is popular and apparently not too pricey if they understand
what you want.
WhollyGenes.com has a print service, I believe, and they're a
genealogy program developer, so they'd understand.
Ancestry.com has a way to do it, but I've not tried it and don't
know whether you have to upload your data to their site to use it;
if so, I wouldn't even do a test-drive.
Staples and/or OfficeDepot can reproduce copies of your print-out,
but the last price I had there for color copies was in the 70c per
page range, so you would want to put all your color photos on one or
two pages, rather than scatter them around.
There's another company who specialises in this sort of thing, but I
canNOT remember their name!
OTOH, if you're needing a couple hundred copies, I've used the
people-who-became otter bay books -- The people I worked with are
EXCELLENT. otter.b...@gmail.com
Good Luck.
