How would I enter "Henry Earl of Lancaster?"
a. LANCASTER, Henry, Earl of
b. HENRY, Earl of Lancaster
I have no clue as to Henry's surname.
Another one I see here is "Blanche of Navarre..."
Can someone help me out?
Thanks...

Enter the name the same way as any other, as you do not know his
surname you cannot put a surname therefore enter as Henry UNKNOWN,
Earl of Lancaster.
The Earl of Lancaster, bit is just a title the same as Mr, or Mrs.
it is nothing to do with his name as such. You may feel happier to
put Earl of Lancaster in brackets.

I usually do this so that the computer will sort them into a group
of names that I will know I have to work on.

His last name was Blokingbrooke although convention is that he is
just called King Henry IV of England, assuming you mean the Duke of
Lancaster who lived 1366-1413.
