Here is my account on Gediminid Zaslawski (Zheslawski) family. My
information mostly limited to the line going to Russian Mstslavski
family, so any corrections and additions, especially for possible
other branches, will be most welcome.

This family starts with Jaunutis-Iwan, son of Grand Duke Gediminas
from his last marriage. He inherited Lithuanian capital Vilnius
after his father's death in 1341, but in 1345 was deposed by his
older half-brothers Algirdas and Kestutis and became Prince of
Zaslavl (in modern Belorussia). He died after 1366 and left:
1.Siemion Zaslawski, fl. 1386
2.Michal Zaslawski, d. 12 August 1399 (battle on Vorskla river)
2.1.Yury(Jerzy) Zaslawski
2.1.1.Iwan Zaslawski

Mstislawl and his children were called Mstislavski.
2.1.1.1.1.[by 1st marriage] Fyodor Mstislawski, b. 1499 (between 9
April and July), d. 30 June 1540. He emigrated to Russia in 1526 and
founded Russian family Mstislavsky.

And now account on Russian Mstisavsky family.

Prince Fyodor Mikhailovich Mstislavsky (above) married 29 August 1529

1.4.Irina Ivanovna Msctislavskaya, a nun, d. 15 November 1629. In 1586
she was proposed by anti-Godunov faction as a bride for Tsar Fyodor

I have him in 1573 converted to christianity and "after that" married
to Mstislavsky princess. Of course, "after" doesn't necessary means
immediately, so 1575 date is probably correct. For his children all
what I could find is one posthumous mention in Soloviev's History of
Russia. Soloviev cites proclamation of False Dmitry, in which Boris
Godunov is accused in many various crimes. One of them is that Godunov
supposedly poisoned "Ivan, son of tsar Simeon". The accusation itself
should not be taken seriously, but at least it shows that Simeon had a
son Ivan and this Ivan was dead in 1604. Anyone knows more about him or
other Simeon's children?
