I am looking for information on Leonor Hurtado. She is
a "secret" granddaughter of Urraca of Leon (or is Castile)? She
married a Diego Lopez de Mendoza and I am trying to find out if
they had any daughters? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Wrong!

Leonor Furtado - Hurtado in castillian - (also my ancestor: 21x
grandmother), was the daughter of FERNAO PERES DE LARA, «Furtado», half
brother of AFONSO VII (of Castille).

FERNAO P. DE LARA was the son of the Queen of Castille and a certain Gomes
de Espina.

LEONOR and DIOGO LOPES DE MENDONÇA had at least one son, FERNAO FURTADO,
who came to Portugal under king AFONSO III, where he married GUIOMAR AFONSO
DE RESENDE.

Wrong in what way?! Leonor was the granddaughter of the Queen of
Castile (Urraca) and a spaniard (Pedro Gonzalez de Lara) as you
pointed out. And yes, their son Fernando Perez de Lara (in
castilian) was the father of Leonor. And I know she married
Diego Lopez de Mendoza. And they had at least three male
children.

What I want to know is if they had a daughter.

Thanks a lot for the info. It confirms a lot of the findings I
had. Where exactly is Villamadorni? I haven't been able to
find anything on it?
