Does it mean that the AQUINO has no more male descendants at this time
? and that the daughter inherit the title of Acerra ? if not has the
family further descendants?

There are also many descendants from Teodora (d.before 1316) sister of S
Tommaso d'Aquino by her marriage to Ruggero (II) di Sanseverino count of
Marsico (d. after 24 Sep 1284).
There was no title or honours to inherit. From what I can recall these were
lost in the time of the Hohenstaufen (he backed the wrong faction) and there
was little chance of recovery after the Angevin take-over in 1266 and
absolutely none after the battle of Tagliacozzo (23 Aug 1268) when Tommaso
was along captured with his wife's half-nephew Corradino king of Sicily.
Tommaso II d'Aquino (d.15 Mar 1273) m. Margherita (d.1297/98) [ES I/1:16].
This pair had another dau., Isabella who married (as his first wife)
Guglielmo II(*) Stendarto who was pro-senator in Rome in 1281. Guglielmo's
