Yate & Tattershall Wives (Tichborne/White connections)

I have a few questions about some of the wives of various members of the
Yate and Tattershall families. I have descendant charts for these two
families on my web site at
<http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Fields/2179/>.

1) In the NGSQ article "English Ancestry of George Yate (c.1640-1691) of
"Maryland" by John G. Hunt it says that Dorothy Stephens (dau. of Nicholas
Stephens of Bouldthorpe and 2nd wife of Thomas Yate) was herself a
descendant of John Yate of Lyford. Does anybody know how? I have is
Nicholas Stephens of
Bouldthorpe, Wiltshire, England, b. c.1560. I have Dorothy's birth date as
Dec 16, 1582 in Steventon, Berkshire, England or c.1580 in Bouldthorpe,
Wiltshire, England.

2) The same article also says that Mary Tregian (1st wife of Thomas Yate) is
kin to Queen Elizabeth Tudor. How? All I have on her is her father Francis
Tregian d. 1608 at Lisbon who is described in the article. What are the
names of Thomas Yate and Mary Tregian's daughters? Is Prudence daughter of
Mary Tregian or Dorothy Stephens.

3) I have also found a discrepancy in the Biggs family. The article above
shows Elizabeth Biggs as daughter of Christopher Biggs of Stapleford,
Wiltshire, England. The Tattersall descendant chart in Burke's Family
Records, on the other hand, show her as daughter of Henry Biggs of
Stapleford, Wiltshire, England. Which one is correct?

4) I have Catherine Perkins/Parkyns (wife of George Tattershall) as daughter
of William Parkyns or daughter of Francis Perkins of Ufton, Berkshire,
England. Which is correct? The article doesn't mention either name, but
does say that the Parkyns/Perkins family had lived at Ufton Court.

5) How does Francis White (wife of Thomas Yate) relate to Francis White
(wife of Richard Wells) or Ann White (wife of Nicholas Tichborne)? I have
Francis White (wife of Thomas Yate) as daughter of Sir Thomas White, Master
of Requests during reign of Mary Tudor. The article I mentioned says she is
related to the Englefield family.
