Ed,
Thank you for the information. I, however, was unable to read it. This may be
due to my computer or my own lack of knowledge of different texts. Please
advise.

That was a few days ago and I can't remember what I sent.

Was that a descent from WIlliam to John of Gaunt?

Ed,
It was a descendant list from William, but I wasn't able to read it so I'm
not sure how far it descended.

I have been reminded that it was a descent from William the Conqueror to
Edward III and that it needs to be "decoded." I didn't consciously
encode it.

Ed,

I had no trouble reading your ed3-wc.txt but then I read it thru the
Netscape
browser via the actual newsgroup s.g.m. rather then from the list
messages per e-mail. I suspect those reading it thru the list e-mail
*might???* have received it in html format??? Possible if they open
that message containing ed3-wc.txt in their web browser might work???
Just a thought.

Try http://www.members.global2000.net/snappy/wincode.html for
encode/unencode software called Wincode.
