This line by the by represents an addition to Genealogics as well

https://www.genealogics.org/getperson.php?personID=I00057791&tree=LEO

We don't here see the child Mary Dulcibella Eden

It also represents a new Cecil descent as Charles Drummon b 1790 "eldest son and heir" whom she married is a 10th generation descendant.

And a new James 4 of Scotland descent as Maurice Drummond is equally descending (12 generations) from both Henry 7 and James 4

I’ve completed entering Chris Martin of Coldplay into my database of Edward I descendants. As Leslie, Will and others have posted, Martin descends from Henry VII. There are two lines from that monarch, one from James V of Scotland. I lay out both lines below, with as much detail as I was able to research, on the more recent generations.

It doesn’t appear that Chris Martin has been included in the second edition of Royal Descents of 900 Immigrants. But as the rock musician currently lives in Malibu, California (and is apparently a close friend of Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, fellow resident of Southern California), it seems he would qualify as an addition to a future edition of that series.

Chris Martin has a fascinating ancestry, which would make an excellent episode for the 'Who Do You Think You Are' television series. Gwyneth Paltrow was featured in the series a few seasons back.

Henry VII had a grandson A1 and a daughter B1 (see below):
A1) James V, King of Scotland = Euphemia Elphinstone, and had
A2) Robert Stewart, 1st Earl of Orkney, illegit. (1533-1593) m. Lady Janet Kennedy, and had
A3) Lady Jean Stewart (c.1565-aft.1642) m. Patrick Leslie, 1st Lord Lindores (c.1557-1608, descended from James II of Scotland), and had
A4) Hon. Margaret Leslie (b. c.1600) m. John Drummond, 2nd Lord Maderty (c.1580-by 1651, descended from James IV), and had
A5) Hon. Jean Drummond (b. c.1625) m. Patrick Graeme, 5th Laird of Inchbrakie Castle (c.1610-1687, descended from James II of Scotland), and had
A6) Margaret Graeme (c.1644-1704) m. Robert, 1st Lord Nairne (c.1620-1683), and had
A7) Hon. MARGARET NAIRNE, b. 16 Dec. 1669; d. 14 Nov. 1747, bur. Auchtergaven Parish Kirk, Perthshire, Scotland; m. (contract 18 Jan.) 1690, WILLIAM [MURRAY] NAIRNE, 2nd Lord Nairne (see B7 below), and had
A8) Hon. MARGARET NAIRNE, b. 19 Aug. 1692; d. 28 May 1773 Machany House, Blackford, Perthshire; m. (contract 1 Nov.) 1712, WILLIAM DRUMMOND, 4th Viscount Strathallan (b. c.1686 Machany House; k. 16 Apr. 1646 Culloden Moor, Inverness-shire, Scotland), son of Sir John Drummond, 3rd of Machany House (c.1650-1707, descended from James IV) & Margaret Stewart (descended from Edward III), and had

ROBERT DRUMMOND of Cadland House, Hampshire, banker, b. 13 Nov. 1728 Machany House, bap. 14 Nov. 1728 Blackford Parish Kirk, Perthshire; d. 19 Jan. 1804 Cleveland Row, London, bur. 26 Jan. 1804 St James Church, Westminster; m. 22 Apr. 1753 St Martin in the Fields, London, WINIFRED MARY THOMPSON (b. c.1733; d. 2 Apr. 1791 London, bur. 9 Apr. 1791 St Pancras Old Church, London), dau of William Thompson of Leicester Square, London (d. 1760) & Mary Lucy Lucy (d. 1782, descended from Edward III), and had

Edward Lockwood of Dews Hall, Lambourne, Essex, rector of St Peter Northampton (1719-1802, descended from Henry IV) & Lucy Dowdeswell (1729-1764), and had

I was unable to find online exact dates of death for Gillian (Willett) Fleming and her husband, Maj. Richard Wallace Fleming. Some family trees on Ancestry give his year of death as 1999. It is just possible that Gillian is still with us, though as she would be age 100, this is unlikely. Presumably both she and her husband died in Zimbabwe. She had two brothers, William Basil Willett (1919-1976) and George Willett (1930-2022), who both married and have children living.

John Besley Martin was the Mayor of Exeter 1968-69, and a prominent figure in that Devon town. His paternal ancestors were farmers in Devon. I could not locate an entry for the marriage of Alison Fleming and Anthony Martin in the England & Wales BMD Index. It’s possible they were married in Zimbabwe. There is an online article on the parents, children and siblings of Chris Martin, from 2018:
