This line is valid. I have most of it in my database.
I have the above line in my database down to this generation. I had researched it for a descendant of Elizabeth (Vernon) Dupont, a sister of Louisa (Vernon) Mackinnon above.

I didn't realize that Sophie Countess of Wessex descended from this line, but the rest of the descent below can be verified at The Peerage website, starting with Louisa (Vernon) Mackinnon:

Were the Vernons in Countess Sophie's pedigree below, related to the Quaker Vernons of Pennsylvania who settled in that province in 1681? They originally came from Cheshire, England.
