They had only 4 children.
1. Walter (Lord Scott) died in infancy.
2. Mary, Countess Buccleuch md. (at the age of 11 in the Parish Church of
Wemyss (9 Feb 1659)) Walter Scott, eldest son of Sir Gideon Scott of
Highchester. She died at the age of 14 and her husband remarried (being the
ancestor of the Lords Polwarth by this 2nd marriage).
3. Margaret, died at age 2.
4. Anna, Duchess of Buccleuch and Monmouth md. to James, Duke of Monmouth,
Earl of Doncaster, Baron Scott of Tindall, natural son of King Charles II.
Her new husband was created Duke of Buccleuch, Earl of Dalkeith, and Lord
Scott of Whitchester and Eskdaill. Anna and her husband had 6 children, by
her 2nd husband (Lord Cornwallis) she had 3 more. Her 1st husband had at
least 4 illegitimate children by Elinor, daughter of Sir Robert Needham.

The information above and the 4 children you listed are for Francis
Scott, 2nd EARL of Buccleuch. Larry was enquiring about Francis
Scott, 2nd DUKE of Buccleuch, who was grandson (I believe) of the
daughter Anna you name below.

Lady Jean Douglas was a descendant of Mary Tudor, Duchess of Suffolk,
sister of Henry VIII, through her mother Mary (Boyle), Duchess of
Queensberry.
My notes on this are packed up during my move, but if I recall
correctly, Lady Jean and the 2nd Duke of Buccleuch had one son and one
daughter who survived infancy. (Or am I confusing this with Lady Jean
and her own brother?)
I won't have an answer until this weekend, but maybe someone with easy
access to CP can quickly look up the article on the 2nd Duke of
Buccleuch?
Cheers, ------Brad
It's in SP II:240-1. No daughter named Isobel or Isabel.
