Does anyone have any information whatsoever on Sir John Cornwall of
Burford - 1st Lord Fanhope. He fought at Agincourt.

"son of another Sir John Cornwall, by a niece of the Duke of Brittany.
The 1st Lord Fanhope was born at sea in St. Michael's Bay, Cornwall, and
baptised at the church at Marazion. The first Lord's grandfather was
Sir Richard Cornwall (called Baron Burford), son of Sir Geoffrey
Cornwall by Margaret, daughter of Hugh de Mortimer, Lord of the Manor of
Burford."

He d.s.p. legit 1443 having no issue by his wife Princess Elizabeth,
daughter of John of Gaunt. He left two illegitimate sons, John and
THomas, for whom he provided in his will.
