OT: Maintenance release on Egyptian Royal Genealogies website

For fans of ancient genealogy and DFAs.

I have issued a new release of the Ptolemaic section of the Egyptian Royal
Genealogies website (http://www.geocities.com/christopherjbennett). Very
little material has been added, but the existing database has been
restructured into web pages for each individual, rather than the family of
each each king. I have also split up the bibliographical section by first
letter of author's last name. These changes should make entries download
faster and should make the site easier to navigate.

This work has involved extensive adjustments to the internal links on the
site. Please let me know if you find any that have been broken in the
process.
