bef 14 Jun 1578, she was 37. On 6 jan 1559/60 she married Richard COTTON.
2 Arthur MAINWARING. Born abt 1520. Arthur died in Ightfield, Salop (England),
UK on 4 Sep 1590, he was 70.
3 Margaret MAINWARING. Born abt 1521. Margaret died bef 1590, she was 69.
4 Sir Richard MAINWARING. Born abt 1499. Richard died in St. Albans on 30 Sep
1558, he was 59.
5 Dorothy CORBET.
B.- From the de MONFORT file:
1 Bertred MAINWARING. Born abt 1196 in (England), UK. Bertred died aft 1249,
she was 53.
In 1217 when Bertred was 21, she married ? de ALDITHLEY, in Edgmond (England),
UK.
2 Rafe MAINWARING knight. Born in 1155.
3 Amicia de MESCHINES. Born abt 1167 in Kevelioc, Wales.
4 Roger de MAINWARING. Born abt 1130 in Warmincham (England), UK.

Wales. Hugh of died on 30 Jun 1181, he was 34.
In 1169 when Hugh of was 22, he married Bertrade de MONTFORT contesse d'Evreux,
in Montfort, France.
7 Bertrade de MONTFORT contesse d'Évreux. Born in 1155 in Chester (England),
UK. Bertrade de died in Evreux (27000), France on 12 Jul 1189, she was 34.

was 74.
2 Richard BAKER. Born in 1568 in England. Richard died in England on 18 Feb

It appears to be the wrong Mary Mainwaring. The Mary at F181:3i m.

And, this Mary is the daughter of Arthur Mainwaring and Margaret
Mainwaring, daughter of Randall Mainwaring. Mary was born at Ightfield,
County Salop, circa 1541, and she died before 14 June 1578, according to
Faris.

Wales (Journal 53), by Martin Griffiths. Bishop Roger is mentioned
together with known decendants.
It also mentions that a John Tanner of Crowthorn Bucks is researching
Bishop Roger.
