By the way Jeff, Renia hit it right on the head. You have a problem
seperating what the court actually said, from your own far-reaching extensions of
what that meant.
The court was not voiding the pre-nup. Try again. Maybe you'll "get it"
this time. That is, if you can stop riding that hobby horse long enough to
try to comprehend what you're reading.

The court ruled that Elizabeth's pre-nup did not prevent Spencer from
bequeathing the same property in his will--that means it was tossed
out. The way you're going to be tossed out if you ever hit me up for
money--got it?
