In the ancestry of Princess Diana and Prince Charles both, lives this
Aluigia del Vasto died 22 Aug 1291, wife of Thomas Marquis of Saluzzo in
Piedmont.

Her parents are given in Leo's database as
Giorgio del Vasto Marchese de Ceva and
Menzia d'Este
I imagine this Menzia must go in the family of the d'Este Margrave's
somewhere.
Does anyone know where?

I think this is wrong - as far as I know the name of Giorgio I's wife is not
recorded. His grandson Giorgio III married Menzia (daughter of Ottone,
marquis of Carretto) whose family and husband may have become muddled.
