adhuc colenda singulis annis Dominica proxima ante festum beati
Michaelis dabunt unum denarium legalis monete Daventriensis officiali
nostro, quem ad hoc duxerimus statuendum. Ita tamen, quod si hujusmodi
censum seu pactum in dicto termino nobis seu officiali nostro non
dederint, dicta ordinacio nullius momenti reputabitur et inanis. In
cujus rei testimonium sigilla nostra presentibus duximus apponenda.
Datum et actum anno Domini MCCLXXX septimo in crastino Margarete
virginis.

Quick 'n' dirty:
21 July 1287: Commutation of tithes in lower Restena [?] by the collegiate
church at Deventer and the Benedictine Monastery at Roon [?], in return
for a census [annual tax] of 1 d. per virgate, due the Sunday before
Michaelmas.
To all who will read this: we, the dean and chapter of the church at
Deventer, and the Benedictine abbot and monastery in Roon [? do not
recognize place name and use of "in"], make note that at the request of
upstanding men, and especially for [the love of] God, we have granted to
the men of Lower Restena [?] the crop tithes belonging to us there, in the
following manner: that for every cultivated virgate, each year, the first
Sunday before the feast of Saint Michael, they shall give one penny of
legal tender of Deventer to our official whom we will have appointed
there. And if in any way the annual rent in this locality is not given to
us or to our official, this grant will be declared null and void. In
testimony whereof we have hereunto affixed our seal. Given and enacted in
the year of our Lord 1287, the day after the feast of the virgin St.
Margaret [i.e. 20 July].
I do not have a good enough atlas, nor any good sources identifying
medieval Dutch place names on hand, to identify the location of the grant
("Lower Restene") and the grantor who acts with the church at Deventer
(the monastery at "Rune").
