Dalkeith, Dundaff and Kincardine down to the Graham succession to the
earldom of Montrose. All corrections, additions or comments gratefully
received. Some numbers are missing as I have trimmed many female lines
into other families.
The source for the early part of the chart is predominantly Burke’s
Peerage sub Montrose. The later part of the chart draws on Burke’s and
the ‘Complete Peerage’ sub Graham, Montrose and Strathearn.
I have only one major query - the link between the Grahams of Dalkeith
and the Douglases of Dalkeith (and on to the Earls of Morton) - see
the note at #11-iii and the marriage at #66.
