Complete Peerage 6 (1926): 621, footnote g (sub Hungerford) states
that Anne Percy, widow of Thomas Hungerford, Knt., "is stated to have
m., thirdly, Sir Hugh Vaughan, to have d. 5 July, and to have been
bur. 9 July 1522 at St. Margaret's, Westminster."
That this marriage took place is proven by a suit found in the Early
Chancery Proceedings as follows:
C 1/510/20 John Grene, bachelor of physic. v. Hugh Wagham [Vaghan],
knight.: Fees for seven years' medical attendance on defendant, Lady
Hungerford, now his wife, his children, and servants.
Best always, Douglas Richardson, Salt Lake City, Utah
