NICHOLAS de PERCY, of Kildale, Yorks., M before 1312 Joan (who M 2nd Sir
John Maltravers, Kt., d 1341, & 3rd Sir Alexander Venables, Kt.), d. of
Walter Foliot, of Whiteford, Devon & Melbury Turberville, Dorset (See
SANFORD). Executor of the will of his brother John, 1312. On 7 Dec. 1321
he & others were being pursued as rebels. He was killed when he was hit in
the head by a stone. Died 6 Aug. 1324. He had issue: MCS II, p 159 NEHGR,
Vol 142, pp 241-2

1.JOAN, of whom we presently.
2.Isabel, aged 7 in 1327.

JOAN de PERCY, She was "aged 26" in 1331. M Sir PETER de BRAOSE, Kt., of
Wiston, Sussex (d 1377). She had issue: (BRAOSE) MCS II, p 159 CP, II, p
