Some Notes on the Family of Colville of Coxwold

Dear all,
For anyone who is interested I have tried to figure out the genealogy of the family of Colville (Coleville) of Coxwold in Yorkshire. The heirs of the first Thomas de Colville, who lived in the mid-twelfth century, for several generations were all called Thomas and are very difficult to distinguish. There appear to have been nine Thomas Colvilles between the first and Sir Thomas Colville who was murdered in 1405.
