The roglo database has this line, except that your Clarisse de Havre
is de Gavre. If their dates are correct then this line is flawed as
Olivier d'Axele's wife, Catherine van de Putte, supposedly died in
1320. Considering that her maternal greatgrandson (Wolfert I) died in
1299, you can see that there's a problem with either the date of 1320
or the line in general. Clarisse's father is Jean de Gavre +1288,
grandson of a Clarissa van Eskaerde, so this connection is plausible.

Dr. A.W.E. Dek has published a genealogy of the Van Borselen family in 1979.
This genealogy gives Wolfert I lord of Borselen as son of Hendrik Wisse of
Borselen, mother unknown. Hendrik's father is given as Nicolaas of Borselen,
mother unknown. This Nicolaas of Borselen is considered by Dek as the
ancestor of the Van Borselen family.

Schwennicke has the same in his Europaische Stammtafeln (volume XVIII), most
likely since he seems to have used Dek's genealogy as him main source.

Mr. G.J.J. van Wimersma Greidanus in his book "Kwartieren Greidanus-Jaeger
in stamreeksen" (1994) however has two marriages for Henricus dictus Wisse
lord of Borsele, a first one with a daughter of Wolfert van de Maalstede and
a second one with a daughter of Jan Mulartsdr of Gaveren, whom he supposes
might have had Clarisse as first name. However, van Wimersma Greidanus has
Wolfert I born from the first marriage of Henricus dictus Wisse.

Seems that, as Henry mentions, the line is breaking between (Clarissa) van
Gavere and Wolfert I of Borselen, which makes sense from a chronological
point of view.
