I Haven't come across a lot of material regarding this family other than the Baronets Peshall/Peshale of Horsely, Staffordshire.
Visitation doesn't list much and nether does Stirnet in terms of the other 6 sons of Richard Pershall of Horsley

There are quite a few pedigree's out there which link the Pearsalls of Halesowen to the Peshales of Horsely. Primarily through one of the 7 sons of Richard Peshale/Pershall and Isabella Rolleston and further links them to Sir Hugh Peshale one of the alleged Knights of Henry Tudors bodyguard during the Battle of Bosworth Field.

The descent for the line I'm currently following is as such -
Ann Pearsall B.1751 Halesowen M.1768 Joseph Hurley D.? Dau of -
Thomas Pearsall B.1725 Rowley Regis M.1750 Elizabeth Smith D.? Son of -
John Pearsall B.1675 Rowley Regis M.1709 Hannah Woodhouse/Wodehouse D.? Son of -Humphrey Pearsall B.1655 Kidderminster M.Margery ? D.1710 Son of -
John Pearsall B.1624 Kidderminster M.1650 Rebecca Bellamy D.1703 Son of -
Nicholas Pearsall B.1605 Kidderminster M.1623 Alice Dawkes D.1676 Son of -
John Pearsall B.1579 Halesowen M.Alice? D.1664 Son of -
Humphrey Pearsall B.1559 Halesowen M.Margaret Smith D.1585? Son of -
This is where the line gets tenuous and some give this Richard dying in 1554 others give 1572.
Richard Pearsall/Pershall B.1530 Horsley M.? D.1554/1572? - Son of
Richard Pershall Esq of Horsley B.1508 M. Isabella Rolleston Dau of Thomas Rolleston Esq. D.1570 (Its possible this is the Richard who dies in 1554 and not his Son Richard) Son of -
John Peshall Esq B.1485 M. Catherine Harcourt Dau of Thomas Harcourt of Ranton. D.1565 Son of -
Humphrey Peshall Esq B.1445 Checkley M.Helena Swynnerton D.1489 Son of -
Sir Hugh Peshall B.c1420 M.Juliana Corbet D.1489
Formed part of Henry Tudors Bodyguard during the battle of Bosworth Field and was one of four people Knighted on the Field after the battle.

Not sure if any further work as been done on the other branches of this family.
The publication 'History and genealogy of the Pearsall family in England and America' states that one of Richard Pershall c.1508 sons Edmond changed his name to Pearsall from Peshall/Pershall when he became a Mercer in London.

Sorry to disappoint, but the Rev John Peshall's claim to be descended from the second son of Sir John Peshall, baronet, was fraudulent. In fact he was a Pearsall, and the wills of the Pearsalls of Hawne go back to 1545, i.e. before the baronet was born. There was actually no connection between the Peshalls of Horseley and the Pearsalls of The Hawne except in the Rev. John's imagination. David Jacques. I have published a book, 'The Fabulous Peshalls', on Kindle.
