The Archaeology of Ulster.
They mention that in the AotFM's account the first person to set foot in
Ireland was Cessair, a granddaughter of Noah, who did so 40 days before
the Flood. They then quote another C17th writer Geoffrey Keating, of
whom I'm sure I should of heard but hadn't. Keating asked the very
reasonable question as to how they "obtained tidings of the people whom
they assert to have come into Ireland before the deluge".>>

Do not be silly.
Everybody was killed or died, except one man who turned into a salmon.
Some time later, after the flood was over, he turned back into a man and told
the people who were then there, the story of his people.

Apparently Keating continued on to ask whether the medieval annalists
had been informed by aerial daemons or whether the original inhabitants
had carved their story on flagstones. Mallory & McNeill worked this up
into a literary conceit whereby the daemons became radiocarbon & the
flagstones flints.

So you're telling me that instead of all the work that went into setting
up the Belfast dating lab and getting all the carbon dates for our
pollen work and archaeological material we could just have gone down to
the fishmongers and asked a salmon?

Yes fancy-pants scientists always ignore the tried-and-true method of their
ancestors.

Actually, scientists today are doing more
important things. "According to NORAD,
Santa began his latest flight early Thursday
at the International Date Line in the Pacific
Ocean. Historically, Santa visits the South
Pacific first, then New Zealand and Australia.
NORAD points out that only Santa knows his route."

Scientists today are no different than their ancestors.
The blind evolutionists still lead their blind children.

That isn't exactly right. A few generations are missed.

Casere was the son of Woden, "Woden of Frithuwald, Frithuwald of
Freawine, Freawine of Frithuwualf, Frithuwulf of Finn, Finn of
Godwulf, Godwulf of Great, Great of Taetwa, Taetwa of Beaw, Beaw of
Sceldwa, Sceldwa of Heremod, Heremod of Itermon, Itermon of Hathra,
Hathra of Hwala, Hwala of Bedwig, Bedwig of Sceaf; that is, the son of
Noah, who was born in Noah's ark" (Anglo-Saxon Chronicle: The
genealogy of Ethelwulf).

Casere begat Tytwian, Tytwian begat Trygils, Trygils begat Hrothmund,
Hrothmund begat Hryp, Hryp begat Wilhelm, Wilhelm begat Wehha, Wehha
begat Wuffa, King of the East Angles.

Idjit. That's the _Defense Department_.
You're showing your lack of thought process.

Which is somewhat different than the version Will indicates. Which just
shows you can't rely on a man who claims to have formerly been a fish.
A fish who claims to have formerly been a man can, of course, be relied
on entirely.

====================================
"NORAD is a U.S.-Canadian military organization
based at Colorado's Peterson Air Force Base
responsible for the aerospace defense of North America
that tracks airplanes, missiles, space launches
and anything else that flies through or in the vicinity
of North America's airspace, including orbiting objects."

"Aerospace engineering is the branch of engineering
dealing with aircraft and spacecraft."

{The American Engineers' Council for Professional
Development (ECPD, the predecessor of ABET) has
defined engineering as follows:

“[T]he creative application of scientific principles to
design or develop structures, machines, apparatus,
or manufacturing processes, or works utilizing them
singly or in combination; or to construct or operate
the same with full cognizance of their design; or to
forecast their behavior under specific operating conditions;
all as respects an intended function, economics of
operation and safety to life and property.”

My thought process is very clear and distinct.
