I am searching for a Norbert Synajko who was born in Poland
(Possibly Warsaw) circa 1870-1880 and died (possible in New York
City) before 1925. Very little is known about Norbert except that
he was a professional violinist and in America played as a headliner,
"Norbert, the Russian Violinist" on the old Orpheum circuit. His
sister was Adelcia Synajko Henley, also of Manhattan, New York. In
all probability, he was never married. Circa 1914, a relative of
mine located Norbert through a notice that she placed in the New
York'Weekly Variety. Norbert died in World War I, possibly a victim
of the flu epidemic.

If anyone has information or can suggest how to find this person,
I would really appreciated ideas. I have checked many many databases
old and new, national and international and the name Synajko never
appears. I am stumped!
