Dear Jewishgenners,

I have recently discovered that among the items saved from my late
grandmother's apartment is a small suitcase, in which are five sets of
tefillin and one tallit. Is it possible that there is anything on any
of these that would identify to whom they belonged? If so, where
should I look?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Perhaps there is info on or inside the tallit bag, or inside the tefillin
bags.

I sewed name tapes inside our family's bags, and when my husband got a new
tallit and new bag it was embroidered with his Hebrew name on the outside.
