Lithuania/Russian Empire- Town Nova Masta- 1880 to 1895

Need help in identifying the town of Nova Masta. This birth town is
consistently listed in Naturalization documents by four members of the
Ben(n) family that emigrated between 1899 and 1910. They arrived in NYC,
Philadelphia and Baltimore.

In early documents it is in the Russian Empire and in later Lithuania.
This is what I suspected.

Using the various JewishGen tools, I think it may be Nowe Miasto which
is now Naujamiestis, Lithuania.

Just checking with the group to see if anyone can provide more or
different information.
