I have a possible explanation for the surname Tsvantsiger ( =
Twenty-year-old or Twentieth )
... as the name is unique to my family shtetl according to the
authority of Beider it maybe that the first man to take the name
Tsvantsiger was the twentieth child born to a much married father
- this being so unusual he would be known in the Shtetl as eg .
Moshe Aron die Tsvantsiger - so it would be natural to use the name
as a surname when he had to take one and become Moshe Aron Tsvantsiger.
Plausible ?? On this point what is the greatest number of children
having one father known to the list ?

My Greatgrandfather Usher Zelig Barg from Odessa had 21 children from his
two wives.
He married my GGM Reitse after his first wife died at childbirth of his
11th child. The bride was the deceased's sister.
Zelig bore my grandmother, Yeva, being 67 years of age....
