Searching BLACKER, PERLOFF

I am researching the BLACKER branch of my family tree. The following
is the information I have on two BLACKER families. I have not yet
connected the two families. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has
any connection to these families, or has information on any other
BLACKER families that may be useful to me.
I am not sure what the original spelling of the surname was in the old
country. All the documentation I have shows the anglicized spelling of
the name (BLACKER).
Family 1

Eva BLACKER (born 1878) married Harris PERLOFF (born 1867). Harris was
an itenerant carpenter, who met Eva in her village of Vevia, Lithuania,
and they were married there in about 1895.
Eva's father was Yosel BLACKER; her mother's name is unknown.
Eva and Harris had 10 children. The first four children, Max, Isaac,
Morris, and Sarah ("Sadie"), were all born in Vevia before 1900.
Around the turn of the century, Harris emigrated to England, and Eva
and her children followed a few years later.
The rest of their children, Annie, Esther, David, Lazarus ("Ben"),
Louis ("Lou"), and Tilly, were all born in England.
Max and Morris PERLOFF eventually emigrated to South Africa and raised
their families there. (I have more details of the South African
PERLOFFs.)
Annie, Sarah, Esther, David, Lazarus, and Tilly settled in England and
raised families in that country. Annie's married name is SALKIN,
Sarah's married name is KASHER, Esther's is VANNER, and Tilly's is
LEE.
Eva and Harris remained in England until their deaths.
Eva BLACKER had a cousin (or possibly even her brother) named Benjamin
BLACKER. Benjamin was born about 1896 (not sure wehther in Lithuania
or England).
Benjamin BLACKER married Roza OBLAWITZ (born about 1900), and they
eventually emigrated to South Africa (date unknown).
Benjamin and Roza had 4 children:
1. Gabriel BLACKER, married Leah WOLLACH (they had 2 children)
2. Isaac BLACKER, married ?? PICKWOOD (they had 5 children)
3. Leah BLACKER, married Morris SIRKIN (they had 4 children)
4. Jacob (Jack) BLACKER, married Del REYNOLDS (they had 3 children)

This is a second BLACKER family, which I have not yet connected to the
family above.
Harris BLACKER (born 1 August 1863, in Mogilev, Belarus).
Harris's parents were named Morris and Deborah BLACKER. Birthdates are
unknown.
The name of Harris's wife is unknown, but they had 4 children:
Barnett BLACKER (born 1891)
Philip BLACKER (born 1896)
Deborah BLACKER (born 1899)
Eva BLACKER (born 1902)
Harris BLACKER emigrated to England in 1902 and was naturalized in
1910.
I have no further information on the children, but they presumable
lived and raised families in England.
