which in English sometimes gets translated as FAMILY REGISTRAR's OFFICE

Standesamt
xxxxx Zweibruecken
Germany

would absolutely do. the xxxxx stands for the PLZ (German ZIP code), but
a propoer PLZ for Zweibr"ucken should be found on the Web at the URL

the PLZ for Zweibrucken is 6661.......
