Could I request some help reading a man's profession from this 1759 death record?

The fourth entry on the page shows Maria Barbara Preißin, who died 27 February 1759 at the age of 43 years 9 months. I can't read her husband's profession or locate it in my dictionaries.
Looks as though Johann Michael Preißin was a "fürste Hof: ..." something?
Also, I notice Johann Michael's surname is spelled Preißin as well as the late wife's. Does this indicate that this was the actual family surname and not a feminized version of Preiß? Or maybe a mistake by the clerk?
Thanks in advance for your help.
