no, rather to "Archiv des Erzbistums Bamberg"

Archivsekretaerin im Kirchendienst is the professionell title of the
lady answering your request. It is best translated: member of the
clerical staff of the church (i.e. the Archdiocese Bamberg)

Most probably you will find an account on the letter and the bearer of
the account, e.g. Kasse des Erzbistums Bamberg, which then should be the
adressee.
