GEN-DE Darmstadt 1773: "Lapsi et cum ecclesia reconciliati" records

Hello fellow researchers,

These records from Darmstadt are the first time I've seen this category:

I assume they involve some official record of people wishing to reconcile with the church for whatever transgression may have occurred?

I'm having a hard time making out the text in the second part of this record at the bottom of the page. It involves the citizen and butcher Johann Philipp Dressel and the daughter of the court servant Preißen, Catharina Elisabetha. A separate marriage record exists for them on 21 Dec 1773 in another part of the church book.

Can someone help me with the words following "...Tochter"? I'd appreciate it.

Yes, in this record misdemeanors/transgressions are noted.

I read:
Den 21ten Dec. ist Mstr. Joachim Philipp Dreßel, Bürger
und Metzger alhier, weil er des fürstl. Hof-Laquay Preißen
Tochter in Unpflichten geschwängert hat, nebst dieser Nahmens
Catharina Elisabethe die stille Kirchen-Buße abgenommen
worden, ex Decr.[eto] Consist[torii]. d.d. 17ten Dec. 1773

Joachim Philipp Dreßel and Catharina Elisabethe Preißen
were sentenced by the consistorium to "stille Kirchenbuße"
for pregnacy out of wedlock.

Den 29ten Jan. ist Elisabetha, ____, von hier gebuertig, weil sie sich
zum Zweytenmal, in Unpflichten(?), schwaengern lassen, u. zwar
angeblich von einem fremden Bedienten, Stefanus(?) Schmitt, die
stille Kirchenbusse abgenommen worden, ex decr. Consist. vom
1ten Oct 1772.

Den 21ten Dec. ist ___Johann Philipp Dressel, Buerger und Metzger
alhier, weil er des fuerstl.- Hof- Laquay Preissen Tochter in Unpflichten
geschwaengert hat, nebst(?) dieser ____ Catherina Elisabetha die
stille Kirchen Busse abgenommen worden ....
