I might be some help.
I found the mariage of Guillaume Girard and Marie-Joseph Briand Sansregret in
the Complement to Tanguay Vol 4 page 199:
Guillaume Girard (widower of Louise Deviss) (son of Guillaume and Adrienne
Lecompte) married 6 Feb 1760 Lanoraie, QC to Marie-Josephe Briand
Sansregret (daughter of Jean-Baptiste and Marie-Anne Baillargeon
Also I found the marriage of Jean-Baptiste and Marie-Anne Baillargeon,
also in the complement of Tanguay vol 2 p. 17, under Birand:
Jean-Baptiste Birand, dit Sansregret (son of Jean-Baptiste and Anne
Lafrance) m under notary contract Senet 9 Oct 1722 to Marie-Anne
Baillargeon (daughter of Nicolas and Therese Harel).
Same marriage is found in Jette, p. 169 under Briand:
Jean-Baptiste Briand dit Sansregret (son of Jean-Baptiste and Anne
Labrande) from Nanteuil, district and diocese Antouleme, Angoumois
(Charente-Maritime) France, soldier of the Repentigny Company
m 20 Jul 1722 Repentigny, QC (contract 9 Oct 1722 Senet) to Marie-Anne
Baillargeon dit Bocage (daughter of Nicolas and Marie-Therese Harel)
They had 5 children: one of them is Jean-Baptiste born on 16 and baptized
on 17 Apr 1724 Repentigny, QC,
BTW, is Mullen related McMullen?
Hope the above information will help you.
