According to the "Repertoire toponymique du Quebec", there are:
Saint-Aime (parrish) in the Richelieu county;
Saint-Aime-des-Lacs (municipality) in the Charlevoix-Est county;
Saint-Aime-du-Lac-des-Iles (parrish) in the Labelle county.
These are the only three Saint-Aime (none with a second E at
the end) in that "dictionary".
