Access to census images - how?

I recently bought FTW 6.01 with a three-month subscription to
genralogyLibrary. I've been able to use the library, but haven't
figured-out how to get access to the 200,000 census page
images.

Can anyone shed light on this? Do I have to sign-up for a
year's subscription at $99 to gain access?

As far as I can tell, you just have to be lucky. In my case, I was! I
noticed in the 1850 Indiana census that there were little camera icons
beside the records I was interested in. I clicked on one, and voila!
there was an exact photographic copy of the census page. It was a
beautiful, clear image, including parts that were too scratched to read
on the local library copy. I am using my 3 month free subscription that
came with FTM 6 (the 8-disk version, which I bought for $18 after
rebate). If they keep adding to this data base, a regular subscription
will be worth it even at the new increased price.

But, back to your question--if there is an index that lists what is
available, I haven't found it.

The current Census microfilm images are for 9 states in the 1850 census:
Connecticut. Rhode Island, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, North
Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia. There are a few ways you can get to
them.

From the main GenealogyLibrary.com home page you can select Records, then
Census Records, then select the state and year. Or you can search for a name
and if that name appears on one of these 9 states with census images, the
record will have a camera next to the information. We're also planning on
adding the rest of the images from the 1850 census in the near future.
