Seeking Billy Wright - Australind WA

I am looking for information on my Great Uncle William Wright (known as
Billy).

In my research I came across some sketchy information that my Great Grand
parents, Charles Frederick Wright and Elizabeth Wright (Nee Jones) of
Australind WA, adopted a son William.

I haven't been able to find any information on him other that I believe he
married Elsie Lewin c 1937-38.

If anybody has any information I would greatly appreciate it if you would
share it with me.

Mal,
Prior to 1926 there was no formal or official adoption in Victoria. I
suspect that a similar situation would have existed in other states.

I am a member of the Australind Family History Society & just looked on our website & found 2 entries (Reverse Marriage Index) for Elsie M Lewin marriages

May I suggest that you purchase the marriage certificate as it may help with your research
