Need help with SA research - BALDOCK

I've hit a bit of a road block with a BALDOCK line in South Australia, and
wondering if anyone with a little expertise in the area can offer any
suggestions?

I have an Agnes BALDOCK (middle name variously given as Labniia, Norah, and
Anora) who died in Collie, Western Australia, in 1934, buried in Fremantle,
Western Australia.

According to her death certificate, she was born in Gawler, South
Australia, in 1854 or 1855, and her father's name was Jim, a farmer. She
married George SORRELL, supposedly at Adelaide, South Australia, in
1877/1878.

I've written to the SA Registration Office for the birth and marriage
certificates but the Office hasn't been able to locate them.
